GAME BALL AWARD
Presented at employee Bedrock Meetings
In honor of our founder, friend and football fanatic, Scott Wolfswinkel, the Wolf Construction Services, Inc. Game Ball is presented to a team member who exemplifies all that it means to be a strong leader of a good team. While there is no written criteria for this award, recipients all have similar attributes that have made their contributions award worthy. They have overcome adversity, lead with servant hearts and modeled the We Will philosophy. They have lead their teammates, crews or divisions through rocky terrain with strength and conviction. They have taken on huge projects with confidence and compassion. They have planned for the future and they serve their team.
Director of Safety and Quality Control, Jeremy Burger has been with Wolf Construction since 2005. Quickly proving himself as a leader and problem solver, Jeremy has served Wolf Construction as a framer, trim division project manager and now as Director of Safety and Quality Control. Known for his no nonsense, get it done approach, Jeremy dedication to the team is unmatched. During his free time, you will find this tough guy wrapped around his daughter Bianca’s finger!
November 2017 Awards
The most tenured team member at Wolf Construction, Greg Goeser (second from left) is a Framing Superintendent. Relentless is a word that can easily be used to describe Greg. He’s relentless about finishing a job well and determined that those around him should be also. He’s relentless about his family, and funny enough, relentless about travel and charity.
Minnesota Framing Superintendent Jason Potvin has been with Wolf Construction since 2010 when he started as carpenter. Crews, subs, general contractors, and fellow Wolf Construction employees are humbled by Jason’s work ethic and ability to get tough jobs done. Jason is focused and intense about finishing. He’s a planner and a soft spoken leader. The dad of three active boys, he has no free time!
