GAME BALL AWARD

Presented at employee Bedrock Meetings

In honor of our founder, friend and football fanatic, Scott Wolfswinkel, the Wolf Construction Services, Inc. Game Ball is presented to a team member who exemplifies all that it means to be a strong leader of a good team.   While there is no written criteria for this award, recipients all have similar attributes that have made their contributions award worthy.  They have overcome adversity, lead with servant hearts and modeled the We Will philosophy.  They have led their teammates, crews or divisions through rocky terrain with strength and conviction.  They have taken on huge projects with confidence and compassion.  They have planned for the future and they serve their team.
