CAREERS AT WOLF CONSTRUCTION
At Wolf Construction, we believe in the WE WILL philosophy.
WE WILL PLAN
Buildings don't just build themselves. We take great care in working with General Contractors, other trades, customers and each other to be effective and efficient at our trades.
WE WILL SERVE
We believe in serving God, each other, and the world around us. We take time to volunteer and appreciate each other.
WE WILL ENCOURAGE
At Wolf Construction, we work to highlight the good stuff, respect each other, and provide a fun work environment along the way. We recognize that people aren't perfect and everyone makes mistakes. That's human nature. We come to work looking for ways to show grace to those around us through support and encouragement.
WE WILL ENDURE
Doing what is right, even when it's difficult is a tough thing to do. Trust us when we say we can and will endure whatever is thrown our way. Let's be honest, people aren't perfect, weather in the Midwest is unpredictable and tools can break. We endure all of these things and more. We do this together as a team.
WE WILL FINISH
It doesn't matter how well or poorly a project starts, people remember how it is finished. We are motivated to exceed expectations and finish strong.
