Next Steps.

We’re glad you’re applying for one of our field positions at Wolf Construction. We’ve streamlined our processes, hopefully to make it a little less painful for you, the applicant. Below are the steps you can expect in the application process.

STEP 1. Pre-Application (complete above) - We use this form as a quick and easy way to gather basic information and make initial contact.

STEP 2. Phone Screening - If the information on the form you submit looks favorable, someone from our staff will call you in a few business days to ask a more questions. It also serves as an opportunity for you to ask us a few questions. You could expect this call to take 5 - 15 minutes. If everyone agrees it’s still a fit, we’ll move on to Step 3.

STEP 3. Interview - The interview is your chance to shine and tell us why you’d be a great fit on our team. Depending on timing and availability, this may be done in person, it may be done over the phone, or in some cases we may do both…either way the purpose is to get to know each other. You can expect this to take 15-30 minutes. By the end of this step, we will either make a decision to move on to Step 4, or decide that it’s not going to work out.

STEP 4. Application - For those moving on from the interview, this is where we collect a little more information on a formal application.

STEP 5. Offer / Final Qualifications - Steps 1-4 may seem like a lot, but they will move pretty fast. In this Step 5, we would make an offer for work contingent upon meeting a few qualifications such as:

a) checking references

b) passing a drug screen

c) I-9 verification

d) background checks

e) drivers license checks

STEP 6. On-Boarding - If all goes well, we’ll offer our congratulations and beging the official on-boarding process. At this point you will begin to learn about our history, our processes, the safety culture, enroll in employee benefits, and more.
