Framing Carpenter
WOOD FRAMED COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION - DES MOINES, Denver, MINNEAPOLIS, & KANSAS CITY
Job Summary: Framing Carpenters actively participate in performing basic carpentry skills, including sawing, nailing, basic wall framing, layout, quality control inspections, installation of stairs, installation of windows, and installation of hold downs among other things. Successful candidates will show the ability to be trained, ask good questions, and have good attendance.
Crew Lead
WOOD FRAMED COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION - DES MOINES, Denver, MINNEAPOLIS, & KANSAS CITY
Job Summary: Crew Leads actively work with bags on at a variety of job sites, often leading small groups of 1-3 people in the successful completion of our scope of work. Successful candidates will show competency in basic carpenter skills, ability to be trained and follow directions, and have a good attitude and attendance.
Foreman
WOOD FRAMED COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION- Des Moines, Denver, MINNEAPOLIS, & Kansas City
Job Summary: A Foreman provides day to day supervision of on-site construction activities, usually on one job site a time. A Foreman leads field staff and subcontracted labor, creates daily and weekly objectives or game plans, and ensures Wolf Construction satisfies contracted scope of work. A Foreman represents Wolf Construction in the field to customers, subcontractors, vendors, employees, and other trades.
Trim Carpenter
commercial TRIM CaRPENTRY - Des Moines, iowa
Job Summary: Skilled carpenter actively participates in performing work to complete the required scope of work in a wood framed building project. Typical tasks include: install base and case, installation of various types of doors, cabinets and hardware. Generally the projects will be commercial structures such as apartments, hotels, assisted/senior living centers, and light retail buildings. Successful candidates will show the ability to be trained, ask good questions, and have good attendance.
